This 4-week course focuses on students new to pole fitness and those mastering the basics of Pole Fitness technic and movement. A qualified (and certified) instructor will teach techniques for each move, including muscle engagement and conditioning needed. By the end of your 4-week course you will have built strength, stamina, flexibility, and more confidence than you could have ever imagined.
We HIGHLY recommend a student take this course TWICE or take additional weekly classes in conjunction to this course before moving to the next level. This truly depends of the individual, so talk with your instructor if you're unsure before moving forward to level 1 classes.
